I remember reading an interview with him and he said theres no way he would ever rejoin beacuse they stabbed him in the back and he would never consider being in the band again.

Let me first state that what I'm about to say is complete rumor and therefore not valid but, my wife heard on the radio the other day that Roth was supposedly out again and that the band was trying to Hagar back. Now, this was on the release date of ten13 so who knows where it came from and she (my wife) didn't remember what station she heard it on. Just thought I would throw that in.
