Usually if you have a picture that is the appropriate icon size just send it along to Brett and he'll evaluate it and use it if he likes it.

If it's a larger picture, I'd see if Top Timmy (or even I could) shrink it to icon size and then send it on to Brett for evaluation.

Granted, if it's a picture that has an openly understood copyright (like stuff from v-h.com) on it, well, that's off limits.
