well after listening to a couple songs from this (kudos mr esquire!
) i think dave sounds better now than he did in '99. another thing too is that dave seems to talk to the crowd more in '99 as opposed to what i witnessed on the sam/dave tour. maybe dave is trying to focus more on the vocal bits this time round. afterall, it has been rumored ed was pissed with dave's voice in 2000. that was right after this here tour
