[5/07/02]: I know I promised I'd get back to you and I'm sorry for the delay but I wanted to let you all know that I've just gotten a 100% clean bill of health - from head to toe. I wanted to share the good news with you immediately. And of course, I thank you all for all your good wishes and prayers along the way. Now it's time to really get back to the music and fun.....so party on and you'll be hearing from us very soon.

Sounds to me like this is really recent news for Ed, and he is excited about sharing it!

FANTASTIC!!! Being the eternal optomist that I am, I'll go ahead and get excited again. Can't wait to hear what Eddie is working on, be it with a new singer, a power trio, a soundtrack, or whatever.

My dad is always on these forums, we are both big fans of vh and i usually sit with him when he is on here but today i just had to create my own account! This is for 2 reasons really

1) The main reason was so i could just say how happy i am to hear the news bout ed. Its been a nerve wracking time and to learn its all finally over is amazing news. And i cant wait to (hopefully) hear from them soon as he promised [img]graemlins/thumb.gif[/img]

2) I wanted to! [img]tongue.gif[/img]

Thanks for getting the thread going again, Brett. I was really surprised when I actually broke the news this morning to the Links. I thought I was just passing along some much anticipated info. I had no idea it would turn into the muck-fest that it did.

Like Damone said after Ratner challenged him in the locker room, "(sigh) It started out to be a great day. I don't know what the hell happened..."
