I just downloaded this from Napster and it is incomplete but it is the same identical song as TWIST the Knife by Steve Lukather, which Eddie played bass on in 1989. I thought it was the same tune but i knew diffferent as soon as I heard Sammy. This riff is also the same riff as Stompin 8H on SNL and the main riff behind Dirty Water Dog.

Well ain't life grand when you finally hit it, I'm always a sucker for a real good time, woke up in life to find i almost missed it,aint I glad that love is blind
What kind of fashion is this flash infatation. Is all this admiration mutual. Need no lessons in emotional starvation, that look in her eyes is too good to be true

Achievements:
I Want Some Action sounds very similar to Good Enough and there's also a part of it that IMO sounds like Sucker In a Three Piece. I'm not terribly surprised, based on that, that it was left off of 5150.

It's quite a good track. Well worth getting hold of for any VH fan. It would be great if there was a nbootleg for just unreleased songs/ b sides. Not live tracks like merrie melodies.

I burned that one to a CD recently thanks to that evil Napster and software a friend of mine owns that converts MP3's to Wavefiles to put on CD's...
I thought it was a pretty damn good rocker. Sure I suppose it does sound a bit like Good Enough. So it makes sense they left it off..

I finally also got it! The song is great!
The vocal line seems like a scratch track (Sam is just finding the lines and singing from the top of his head).
But, have you noticed, that Eddie has used the end of that song on a song in "3"?
The part is almost in the end of "Fire in the Hole"!

I love Philadelphia Freedom. Always reminds me of 1975. The year of KISS, Evel Knievel and the Six Million Dollar Man. That was when Elton had the best lineup: Davey Johnstone, Dee Murray, Nigel...
