Dave solo......Big Trouble

Hey, this site http://www.rockandrollvideos.cc/list...ands%20cds.htm
has 'Big Trouble' listed as one of the songs Dave played in '86. They should play this in 2001. Does anyone have this show??? Did anyone ever see Roth and Vai together? I do not recall them ever playing the Bay Area.

Cool find there LedHed. I don't have that show, but I think it would be worth picking up. I am now considering it

I seen that tour and the Skyscraper tour. I was right up front for both shows. I was only 14 yrs old but it was one of the best concerts, if not the best, that I have seen. Steve Vai came struting up to me and did that Gene Simmons tongue thing at me. Of course that was one of my highlights

But the whole show was really wild.

I've never heard a live version of Dave's Big Trouble, that would certainly be cool.

I remember you saying (and I agree) that this would be an unlikely song for him to play in concert. So, now we are on the prowel for this show

Kasi, were did you see Dave with Steve Vai (two tours I take it)?
That's a cool site (minus the $$$ part) Good resource for some shows though.

I agree that DLR's "Big Trouble" is awesome but I hope Van Halen avoids his solo stuff when they tour. It's great music, but I think only originals and new material should be played.

LedHead...I seen both shows in Ft Wayne, IN. Cinderella opened for EEAS, and Faster PussyCat for the Skyscraper tour. It was the best $14.50 I have ever spent!
