I don't know if you ever talked about it, here is a link for a page of the Slawterhouse website where you can download the songs of this live.

Most of the songs are from Van Halen covers."The world is yours" (SCARFACE)

Who's the guitar player on that tour?
"Well, he's an intelligent, well-read guy. But it's like he can't connect the dots somehow." (EVH Guitar World, March 1998).
GP: "Did you use a pick for "Spanish Fly"?
EVH: "Yeah, except for the part near the end that sounds like Montoya or something."

'99 should be Bart Walsh, if I remember right.

I was at that show. It was Walsh. Blew me away. I didn't even stay for Bad Co. In fact, I had no idea Dave was playing, just happened to be driving by the arena when I heard it on the radio.

I don't mean this as a diss, but when was the last time Roth actually played his solo stuff live (besides yankee rose and tobacco road)? I actually like a few of his songs from the 80s but have never seen them on setlists. Just curious.

Achievements:
I saw him on the Filthy Little Mouth Tour in '94 and he did maybe 60% VH and 40% solo. Several tunes off the FLM album.
I saw him in '99 also and thought it was a great show, didn't stay for Bad Co. either."I'm the opposite of Bill Cosby. Diamond Dave always gets your approval." (DLR)
"Rawhide in "A"
“Trust in Allah. But tie up your camel.” (DLR)

I love Philadelphia Freedom. Always reminds me of 1975. The year of KISS, Evel Knievel and the Six Million Dollar Man. That was when Elton had the best lineup: Davey Johnstone, Dee Murray, Nigel...
