I guess I'm unoriginal but I agree, Won't Get Fooled Again is great. Eddie playing the intro on the guitar is so cool, and it's a perfect screaming song for Sammy.

Good addition to an album that covered David Lee Roth. Eddie nailed it, Sammy did a somewhat respectful version.

Eddie & Sammy are all over this song. The Who was one of my favorite bands in high school, I still remember when I first heard the cover of Won't Get Fooled Again on the radio (back when VH actually existed on California radio stations) on my drive home from school that day. Definately one of my favorite VH songs.

After Van Halen, 'The Who' is my next favorite group. My all-time non-VH song is
'Won't Get Fooled Again'. When I first heard the VH version, I went ballistic. I thought the song absolutely rocked!!! Kudos to VH!

WGFA was cool, man. The intro was great, I loved hearing the scream by Sammy.

I only wish they'd have covered "Baba O'Reily" (back when it WASN'T being pimped all over the place.

)

Interesting choice as a cover to release on a live album, IMO.

When I heard this tune I realised where Eddie got the influence for the verse riff in 'Little Guitars' from. I love that stuff, and he totally nabbed it from Pete Townshend...
