The ultimate Van halen poll! (please read first post for instructions)

Ok, I'm a statistics freak. I got my bachelor's degree in psychology because I love doing research. Unfortunately, no one is hiring, so I'm working fast food. Yes, life sucks, but I still try to do some research on occasion–which is why I'm doing this poll. I want to do some definitive research on the likes, dislikes, and opinions of Van Halen fans (of which I'm a huge one). After I receive enough entries so that I have a good sample, I'll figure the stats and post them. Now, here's the instructions:

First, Please list your top 10 Van Halen songs (only songs that have appeared on official Warner Bro's. Albums) from 1 (favorite) to 10 (10th favorite).

Second, name your favorite VH album (again, only official WB albums).

Third, name your favorite VH lead singer (only those who have sung leads on albums, not live, so Eddie does count).

Fourth, write the number of VH concerts you have been to (even if it was before they signed with WB).

Fifth, who do you believe is responsible for A–Dave leaving in 1985; B–Sammy leaving in 1996; C–Dave leaving in 1996; and finally, D–Gary leaving in 1998..

Sixth, list your age and gender.

Please don't elaborate or give explanations for any of the answers, because that is for another post. In this one, I just want plain answers so that I can do the stats. Also, please don't do more than one post, because that will skew the results. This is not a contest. Please don't vote more than once so that Dave will win, or that 1984 will be the number one album. I just want to find out the real opinions of VH fans. I don't know how popular this will be, so I may only get a few responses. If I don't get at least 100 responses, I won't do the stats because it wouldn't be a very representative sample. If it's easier, copy and paste this into a word processor, or quote this post, so that you can remember all the instructions. Thanks for supporting my hobby, and happy voting.
