VHLinks.com, was launched on September 2, 1999, as a service to Van Halen fans around the world, as the definitive resource guide for Van Halen-related sites on the internet.

Our discussion forums have brought Van Halen fans from all over the world together, with users ranging from those in the United States, Canada, Australia, the UK, Ireland, Germany, to even Saudi Arabia, Belgium, and Singapore. In our first 4 1/2 years, VHLinks hosted over 5.1 million visitors and served more than 60 million page views. With over 100,000 threads and nearly 4 million posts, VHLinks is the largest Van Halen-related discussion forum on the internet.

Below are selected screenshots from each of the four previous phases of the VHLinks Forums. From 1999-2004 we used two different versions of the Ultimate Bulletin Board software, UBB.classic, and UBB.threads. After a devastating hack of our server right after New Year's in 2005, we switched software to vBulletin, which we have used ever since. While the board has gone through many transitions over the last 20+ years, one thing has remained constant...Van Halen fans!
