Got this today.

In DLR's scrapbook video, at the beginning it mentions that DLR warms up to Love Train. Sometimes when he's warming up, they actually record him singing along with Love Train.

So here is with "50 Rides On The Love Train," which is 50 completely different versions of DLR singing Love Train accompanied with video of him dancing at various places.

There's only one DLR...only one. lol

I think Dave understands the things he releases are filler outside of his "interviews" with the brothers. Obviously Dave doesn't take this sort of thing seriously.

When I first glanced at it I figured two minutes twenty eight seconds, not two hours and twenty eight minutes!

Man, I'm a big fan of Mr. Roth, but not that big a fan.

Edit: He does sound really good on these clips.

Fuckin love Dave and I am so happy he is back, I hope permanently...but I can't listen to 2 hours of that. It's cool and everything and he's hilarious but 2 hours? Maybe he should try warming up to some vintage VH too, get his vocal chords used to singing that stuff again, there were times in each concert where he just didn't sound good. Gotta love him though he's just so entertaining.

After 14 minutes....I wasn't bored. That's actually shocking :p

Couple of things:

1) I'm convinced there's some tidbit of information in this video that if someone were to actually sit through all 2 hours and 28 minutes of love train, they would discover the link to the full Oakland 81 show or something...

2) How does this guy not have a reality TV show? We have fucking Ice and Cocoa, but Diamond Dave doesn't have someone following him around, camcorder in hand? Clearly this man wants to perform in front of a camera 24/7. It's a shame the reality TV craze wasn't around in the 80's, because Dave was meant for it. Dave TV? He was ahead of his time :)

Seriously though, with all of the interests and hilarious stories Dave tells, I can't believe he hasn't been in a reality show. Certainly more fascinating than the Kardashians

There is only one David Lee Roth. And he's one of the best ever.

I love seeing people who just love life...

Whether its Dave Roth, Eddie Van Halen, or just some random guy on the corner waving at everybody....it's inspirational.

I know one thing....by the time Dave's body is laid to rest, he will have squeezed every last possible drop of living out of it as he could. We should all aspire to go out like that.

Yeah, absolutly right! Life is for the living and there is no time to waste, as you never know when your number is gonna come up.

I was also inspired by the new tune " The Trouble With Never", those lyrics pretty much say it all. With so many people suffering with tradgedys and hardship, it is almost shameful to waste life dwelling on bullshit, and people should thank their lucky stars to be alive, and celebrate all life has too offer, as the future may be too late, and you don't want to look back and regret not enjoying your life .
