I hope it's okay to link to this as Brett has the same image only he uploaded what amounts to almost a thumbnail version. I've never been a fan of what this discussion board software does to uploaded images that are "attached". It's much better to host the original image elsewhere and then link to it through the embed code. (It looks like he uploaded it through Taptalk too so that could be the culprit in making the image smaller.)

I gotta say, I'm mighty impressed with this song. Take the classic formula of "Ice Cream Man", modernize it and make it even more kickass than it already was, and pretty damn philosophical lyrics to match, and we've got "Stay Frosty". :D

Now, I was lurking when this happened, but I recall folks thinking this song was going to be just plain cheesy due to the title. Granted, similar thoughts were made for "Honeybabysweetiedoll" and we all know how that turned out. :devil: The boys really have come out with a special album here. :headbang:

Dave crammed an assload of lyrics into this album... Tons of material. And it's not all garbage. Agreed that some of the songs will a bitch for him live.

I gotta figure out how to blow this up to a good resolution....all these lyrics sheets are works of art if you ask me and I think they are wicked.

Plus the fact that my 9 year old daughter just came hom from gymnastics practice signing the chorus to Stay Frosty....I might say that's pretty damn cool.

+1. He's lyrics are very.... different from what we might expect of classic VH. I think it's his old wit mixed with 30 years of experience and seeing a variety of things/people/places throughout life. I've found it kind of inspiring for my own songwriting (not that I'm stealing anything from him, LOL).
