Question for anyone who may have saved this picture to their desktop~~does anyone remember not that long ago, an ebay auction by "Sweet Sweet Connie" (made infamous in Grand Funk's "We're An American Band")~~it was being discussed somewhere in these forums. She was selling a polaroid picture of she and Ed, sitting together on a couch?? If I recall correctly, Ed looked pretty "content" in the picture lol.
I was trying to tell someone today who she was and that I had seen this picture of she and Ed (thought I had saved it myself, but can't seem to find it anywhere). Also tried searching here to no avail.
Thanks in advance for any help.

Hi guys,
I recently discovered a nice collection of vintage VH stuff. I just listed all the t-shirts on eBay since they are too small for me. Most of them are from the 1984 tour. Check them out!
Thanks

Hey everyone,
I am downsizing my Van Halen collection and thought before I post these items on Ebay I would let the VHlinks know what I have. Some of these items I purchased through the Van Halen store and are not available anymore, others I found through my local record store back in the mid 90's. I am not sure how to get in touch with anyone that is interested so please let me know what I need to do. Thanks!
Poster-Eddie in his Red/Black/White jump suit playing Frankie. I purchased this at VHstore and paid $69.95, it has never been opened and is still in the plastic.
Wildlife Album sountrack on vinyl- Again purchased through VHstore and has never been played.
Best of Volume 1 cardboard countertop display-This is still in the packing box that was used to ship it to my local record store and has never been assembled. It also includes 2 black VH guitar picks with the logo on them. Full size Best of Volume 1 poster.
VH compilation vhs video-Purchased in the mid 90's from local record store with footage from 1977-1985. It includes a DLR interview from 1985 on the David Letterman show before the break up and several Japanese television appearances in which the band is lip syncing. There are various other recordings as well but do not remember everything.
E-Entertainment interview from April 12, 1993- I believe this is a half hour interview with the band but I haven't watched it in years (no longer have a vhs player). I taped this on VHS.
Intimate Portraits interview with Valerie and Eddie from the late 90's- Again recorded on VHS and includes the 1991 MTV Music Awards performance of Poundcake.
Various magazines- I have approx. 15 of these in excellent to very good condition. Sample of my collection: May 1993 Guitar Player, "The first 15 years of Van Halen". Peavy Monitor Volume 15, Issue 1 with Eddie on the cover from 1995. Guitar Player March 1995, "The Real Van Halen" by Dweezil Zappa. Best of Guitar Player, entire issue devoted to Eddie and includes the Van Halen tapes interview of Eddie. Globe tabloid from July 18, 1995 with article of Eddie seducing another woman and his confession. Creem Van Halen special edition, May-June 1982. RollingStone April 1995 interview with Eddie.
45's- Hot For Teacher /Little Dreamer includes pictures. Limited Edition Purple Vinyl Don't Tell Me/Baluchitherium. Both of these 45's have never been played and are still in the plastic.
CD Tins- Gold tin with purple disc includes Don't Tell Me, Dreams, Top of the World and Judgement Day. Black tin with black and chrome disc includes Can't Stop Lovin You, Best of Both Worlds, When it's Love and One Way to Rock. Both tins still have all the labels and original record store stickers on the front and back .
CD's- Rich Wyman, Fatherless Child and Brain May Star Fleet Project. Both of these were purchased from the VHstore.
Bootlegs- All of these were purchased in the early to mid 90's from my local record store and some are labeled Fan Club Issue Only or for promotional use only.
*Civic Pride- December 20, 1977 Pasadena Civic Auditorium.
*1984- May 21, 1984 San Diego Sports Arena.
*Rarest Covers and Demos- Includes sleeve insert with track info.
*Covers Band from Pasadena- Recorded live 1976 at Aeros Bogarts, San Bernardino in its entirety.
*GoldenWest Ballroom- Live 1976.
*Van Halen 77+live.
I will be posting these on Ebay soon but would rather see a VHlinks fan own them. Thanks again!

Hey, guys. I'm doing some spring cleaning and that means clearing out some old shirts again. I have four Van Halen shirts listed on eBay with a starting bid of $10.00.
I'm selling the red, white, and black striped shirt, two 2004 tour shirts (one with an eagle smoking a cigarette and one with an eclipse-like logo), and a shirt with the whole band (circa 1984) on the front and the vintage VH logo on the back.
Check out the auction here: http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...m=110387393263
If you buy it, it comes with a free mystery gift! Aren't you excited?!

Hello,
So I am looking for a 1984 shirt with the hammer guy on the back. This is very hard to find. Does anyone have a hint about this kind of thing??
Thank you,

When my friend and I bought our shirts before the '84 show, it wasn't until after we got back that he realized that there was no hammer guy on the back. There were plenty of folks at high school that got the same deal. Now, granted, this was the beginning of the tour, so it may have been less common as time went by.

Cloth Banner Women and Children First...
I found an old cloth store banner of Woman and Children First cover, it's a little frayed on the edges but still nice. I saw this hanging in a record store back in the day as a promotional piece. Found a month ago at a second hand store, anyone seen one and what did they go for?? Not sure I want to sell it but wondering what it may be worth.
