If we had a second such "abode" in the house, I could see her allowing it. As for the primary "resting" place for the weary and weak in the RRMB household, I'm sure she'd not like it.

Trying to explain it to my Ward and June Cleaver like in-laws could prove to be a a difficult task.

Oh my Lord, this has to be the ugliest, silliest VH shirt I have ever seen!!! I am fairly certain that it is not an official VH shirt and its one of those "parking lot" shirts after a show, but, wow is it a silly design. I guess its from VH's "robot dragon period"!!!! LOL

I was in 8th grade when I got this shirt at the 5150 concert (it is official, it is not a bootleg) I wore it to school the next day with a hooded zippered sweatshirt over it so you could see the front of the shirt but not the kicked ass part.

Anyway, over the loudspeaker "anybody with the Van Halen shirt, please come down to the principles office". I was the only one who showed up. He tore me apart. He made me put it inside out and have the hooded sweatshirt zippered up all day.

When Van Halen was opening for Black Sabbath (1978?), I was invited by friends to attend the concert in Spokane and take pictures. Only a few turned out worth printing. About 15 years ago one from my portfolio was mounted to a collector plate and has been stored, with a few private viewings, ever since.
