Okay...I'm real confused here. I just watched part of the VHS tape that I have of the Toronto PPV show, and Ed is wearing a pink cut-off t-shirt on stage. But, in the cover photo on Rocks the Beer Hall boot (which is the audio from the PPV show)has Ed wearing a blue shirt and flag bandana. What gives? Were there two PPV shows? Am I losing my mind?

The cover photo of the Beer Hall boot isn't necessarily from the Toronto show. It's doubtful that any bootleg would feature artwork from the show that the audio is taken from.

9 times out of 10 the photos used on bootleg CDs have nothing to do with the actual show that is on the bootleg. I love it when it's a show from say 1981 and they show Dave in his yellow and black striped pants from a show in 1983 and then on the back Eddie will be in his patched pants and bowling shoes from 1984. I think they use whatever hi-res photos they can get their hands on, regardless if it corresponds to the show they're packaging or not.

I have seen a mpg file of Ed playing Eruption in a 1995 concert wearing the blue short and flag bandana. Is this from the MTV Jon Stewart show? If so, then the photos on Rock the Beer Hall may have came from the MTV Pensacola show as it is pretty obviosu that the photos are from a video source. Has anyone seen the MTV Pensacola show? Is Ed wearing the blue short and bandana in this show?

This show is, IMO, by far one of the top 2-3 best VH shows ever recorded! Sure, a lot of it has to do with the audio quality, but it's just a real fun show to listen to.

Definite must have...both CD and VHS!

Yes, there were 2 shows in Toronto.

Sammy says during the ppv show that they "there are 300 more people here tonight than were here last night and last night was the most people ever here in this building." (or something very close to that. )

I agree, great show and they sure has shit seemed to feed off the crowd's energy. I really don't think that "PANAMA" was originally supposed to be included in the set that night but Sammy wanted to do one more song for an extra encore number.
