    Hi fellow VH fanatics!

Have you ever purchased boots from http://store.rockandrollvideos.cc/ (Spectrum Marketing)???
Fast and reliable service, BUT... couple of CD's I've traded from guys getting stuff from them are kinda ruined: there are short gaps between tracks, maybe 1/5 sec. or even less, but those gaps ruin my listening pleasure in a way though... I wonder if this is individual case or has this happened to some one else here?

Hey loco! Welcome aboard. Here's my 2 cents worth...

First of all, just for the record, it's really frowned upon to actually "purchase" these shows. I know many of us have as a last resort, but generally, I stay away from these kind of sites 'cause you never know when they might get raided and the authorities see YOUR name on their desk. Not a good thing...

Second, I'd suggest that if you don't like the gaps in your songs, request to that particular trader that he/she burn your show off as DAO (disc at once). This will eliminate most of those gaps. I know my machine will. In fact, sometimes I re-burn shows I get that have some of those gaps in them. As far as getting shows in a "beaten up" condition, that can happen from time to time, but make sure your trader is aware of padded envelopes and the like.

Hope this helps out a bit. Like I said, it's just my 2 cents worth so take it for what it's worth. Good luck w/trading!!

Oh yeah, Jerel would kill me if I didn't plug the Vault. Check it out at www.vhvault.com. They have a lot of shows and mp3's that you can download and Jerel and the guys are REAL cool about trades, too. You can even suggest shows for the request section.

    The Vault has it all!!!

    Thanks, Cabo Kid
Yeah, I know vhvault, it's definitely THE place to go...

Second, that gap thing... I'm sure those friend's of mine have burned in DAO mode, it seems like their source discs (purchased from rockandrollvideos.cc) have this same problem. It's just frustrating to remove gaps, some traders don't even accept gapped discs. Now, it might be advisable to avoid rockandrollvideos.cc (not only legally...)

I bought Live And Loud from there (sorry!!!) and it turned out fine, no gaps, etc.
