What boot has the best version of "5150" from the '93 tour? I attended a couple of the shows and used to have a number of boots from that tour, but in every case they decided to play "One Way to Rock" right after "Unchained"!

IMO "5150" was defintely the best live song VH had in their setlist during the Hagar era. I desperatley want to know how they pulled this one off during this tour. Extended solo, better tone (Ed's Kramer had too much chorus on LWAN), vocals, etc...

Also, does anyone know when was the last time they played "5150" on tour?

I have a cassette of the St. Louis show on the 95 tour where they broke out 5150. Solo was shorter than LWAN, I have not listened to it in a long time, maybe I'll check it out and get back to you.

I definitely would like to hear it! I totally forgot that Eddie stated in the Guitar World Issue in '95 when he was introducing the Wolfgang and D-Tuna that the D-Tuna allowed him to quickly detune so they could play "DTMWLCD", "Unchained", and "5150."

Hi Rodney, this is my very first post on that board, although i visit this site since a long time, but didn't feel like posting anything. I got a 5150-live version from their first concert of the European leg of the Right here, right now -Tour in Munich; the first time VH+Sammy came to Europe.
I got it on VHS and CD-R. It sounds pretty good and the Video Quality is real good. Unfortunaley there is no Cover or anything to it.
Like I said this is my first time, and i got no clue how to trade or something.
Just wanted to let you know!

The title of that bootleg is "Won't Get Fooled Again".

It's a 2-CD set, and a very good audience recording. I also own that. Picked it up in Singapore back in '96.

"This is a lttle prayer dedicated to the separation of church and state. I guess if they are going to force those kids to pray in schools they might as well have a nice prayer like this: Our Father who art in heaven, and to the republic for which it stands, thy kingdom come, one nation indivisible as in heaven, give us this day as we forgive those who so proudly we hail. Crown thy good into temptation but deliver us from the twilight's last gleaming. Amen and Awomen. ."
