I was lurking at meniketti.com and came across this Post from Dave Meniketti (Y&T) himself...
(And there are pictures!)

"Check a few shots out from the show - live & backstage. I sang & played a song with Joe Satriani, his band & Ronnie Montrose & jammed a Van Halen tune with Sammy Hagar, Michael Anthony & Smash Mouth.
It was a night of seeing old friends & doing tons of interviews. Great fun jamming with the guys."

Cool!

Man, is Ronnie Montrose OLD! He looks old. He dresses old...Whew!

It's cool to see him out and about, though!

The ones made out of stone called "statues" -- occasionally came to life and rode off is a colonial cliche. How many more times do we need to hear about how the oppressive Raj's wore villainous black capes, crafted cunning plastic masks to impersonate people, and drained all the blood from their slaves so they could keep the fluid in bottles in their dungeons? I mean, YAWN!

But if you're willing to sit through this dry sort of historical drama one more time -- or even just this dry historical review -- you will not be disappointed. In fact, some of you might just learn something they didn't teach you in school!-

I think you are right. I would only have a couple of problems with this.

1. Not hearing Dave rip it up on guitar would be criminal. One of the most underated guitarists ever!!!
2. Dave is way too nice of a guy to be treated like total shit from Van Roth Hagar fans.

Wow. Without knowing how old he is, Sammy is definitely MUCH better preserved than Ronnie Montrose.

"preserved" lol! Nothing like a formaldehyde cocktail a couple times a day. You know what they say - "A shot a day keeps the doctor away..."
