Mike would win the Backing Vocalist poll.

    Or Classist Rock Star poll.

These would be funner if we left out our favorite singer guitarist duo, is all I’m saying. Otherwise, it’s another redundant jizz fest about VH.

You honestly believe that Dave isn’t going to win this thing?
I don't think he will. Hell Sam lost in round 1.

It's confusing because it says "Best frontman," then says, "In addition to vocal prowess..."

So that's why i voted Zander.
I love his voice (Love Dave's too, but Robin is the man of a thousand voices), but
Dave is a better front man.

But the description of this poll is considering more than just showmanship,
though it doesn't sound that way with the headline.

Overall, Coulda COULDA done better with this thing!

Yeah, Zander is pretty awesome. I go with longevity and showmanship on that one.

Delp, Dio, Rodgers....a lot of tough ones. I agree with Jape about Ray Davies. He's underrated. Wrote a lot of hits. His stage presence was as good as Geddy, too. I just really love Rush. LOL.

Yeah, that threw me too. Hence why I voted for Paul Rodgers over Bon Scott. If the first criteria on the list is "vocal prowess" I'm not sure how you vote for anybody else other than Rodgers. And Delp. And Dio.

It's fuckin' Ronnie James Dio, for christ's sakes.

Cause Sammy was up against the fuckin' Lizard King. Dave was up against the guy who wrote the theme song to That 70's Show.

Zander's phenomenal but there is no way anybody here was picking him over Dave. I almost did, but it would have been purely to do the opposite of what everybody else was going to do so I opted against it.
