How'd you get them? I saw the LiveNation presale or whatever Thursday.

I'm thinking of going to that NR show at Six String too.
I'd love to, just not sure it's going to work out. Their show in Beverly in Dec 2018 was really good.

I saw a show in the Spring and it was just OK to ME. I agree with some others that a "better" guitarist would improve the show a little. You can't question Sam's loyalty, that is for sure.
We'll probably sit in the grass in the family section. Sammy hasn't been to Raleigh since 2002 when he toured with Roth.

Sat in the same section for VH in 2015 and got free upgrades to pretty decent seats. Had that happen for Journey, too.
Always a possibility on a weeknight show, and this one's on a Wednesday.

It's not so much distance as it is, Whitesnake and Night Ranger hair metal festival clusterfuckery. Plus that new venue is a joke...bleachers and folding chairs mostly, on a soccer field.

I saw 'em last year at the Sirius invite only gig at the Troubador. Only 200 of us there. Was awesome. Seventh Seal particularly epic. If that's my last Sammy show, I could've done worse. I'd like to see him and Mike again, but I dunno if I wanna brave the white trash OC crowds, of which there will be many lol, to catch Coverdale and Blades as well. I just pulled up plenty of fairly good seats left on the presale there...I probably will wait until September, see what prices are like then for week of show, but...I can't imagine I'll be any more enthusiastic about going to that venue. Maybe Sam will add a one-off club date on the Strip again, who knows.

A good venue for them woulda been the Canyon Club in Agoura. But they won't play there with WS and NR...it's a business model threefer that'll easily fill sheds.

I looked at the prices for camden and pnc in new jersey then said to myself, "I'll wait for the Groupon." Besides the first few rows, next best price is $130 before fees, then $100 for lower level side.

Waiting in the cue to purchase tickets was really odd....

I think the pair of seats I snagged were right at $100 each. Ended up being $260 with the BS fees they add on. What a crime. Used Hilton points and snagged a room at Penn's Landing for $0, so overall that brings the price of the evening down some. There's something about parking in Philly and taking the ferry over that I really like. Now for other things NOT to get in the way...

I didn't think I was going to see Sammy this time around. However, I've been wanting to see Night Ranger since I was a kid in the early '80s. I think I wore the grooves out of Midnight Madness. I was out of town for MD State Fair last summer. That would've been a good opportunity. Anyhow, throw in Whitesnake and I'm there.

i agree. it took me 20 minutes to actually access the actual page to buy tickets. i kept saying to myself, i highly doubt there is 2,000 plus people waiting to buy these before i got "in line". i have no desire to see the other bands on the bill which factors into me not buying at these prices. i saw them last may at parx casino for $100 from the 14th row. i knew as soon as i saw the venues, prices would be higher than they should be. my guess is, as time gets closer, all the vip packages that don't sell will be moved to regular pricing and as i saw last summer for a bunch of shows, a week before/few days before, if there is plenty of unsold seats liven nation will drop prices.

The email from the Red Rocker mailing list had this buried between the Tea-Quila video and the list of dates.

Presales begin tomorrow Jan 28 at 10am local time, using the code THECIRCLE. Public onsales begin Fri, Jan 31.

Just got tickets in the upper level on the side for $29.50 pre-fees. I'm probably going to have a low key tailgate before the show. We should try to arrange a brief meetup of any local Linkers attending before the show.

Just got my tickets for Mansfield MA. As of now going with my wife, my son and a buddy of his.

Will be tailgating, weather permitting. Will be in the express exit White Lot if anyone wants to stop by for a beer/beverage.

This show is around the time I go to New Hampshire to pick up my daughter from the camp she works at. If it isn't, then I'd like to go to this show. Maybe have a brew or 2 with ya.

    That would be pretty cool.

I should add my son is 22, so it's not like I'm bringing little kids.

looking at the seating map for camden, it literally looks like 30 tickets sold today for the 1st day of the public on-sale. keep in mind this is with almost a full week of pre-sales as well and seats probably being held back by the venue/promoter. glad i didn't decide to buy today. should be a fairly easy cheap ticket to get as the show gets closer. these venues just seem way too big for this tour.

They'll get a few people with the early sales, but they'll fill these places (not sell out, but mostly fill probably) later on with the Groupons and such.

There aren't many acts these days that can sell out 6 months before a show, and of the ones that can, I don't thing a single one is classic rock.
