The Cult "Fire Woman" Anyone?
I had to learn this for my band, so figured I'd do a video for it too. Came out good, I've always liked this song.
Enjoy!Webmaster

Love the Cult, awesome job Brett.

I like that h/s/h Strat style guitar, and also the "oomph" when the Peavey Wolf comes in on that crunchy G chord. Great job nailing all the various parts.
Pretty cool VH Links shirt as well! Any more kicking around for sale?"There's too many people on this basketball that's floating around the sun, who are too afraid to allow themselves to FEEL" - Edward Van Halen

I have only two of those shirts left unfortunately. They were really expensive to make. Did them about 18 years ago. I kept two for myself.
That Strat parts guitar is actually a copy of the ‘57 Stratocaster that Dave Murray of Iron Maiden played. It’s obviously not exact, but it’s inspired by it.Webmaster

No worries about the shirt, just thought I'd ask.
I do remember back when I first joined here, there was something like a VH Links Store with coffee mugs/water bottles and other swag. Is that still a 'thing', or is it all gone?
Pretty cool about the Dave Murray inspired axe. It looks and sounds great."There's too many people on this basketball that's floating around the sun, who are too afraid to allow themselves to FEEL" - Edward Van Halen

Brett make more shirts. I also like the graphics in the first part of the video. The BAN stuff. Nice touch.

Hmmm, if your band ever heads out to Hawaii let me know. I've been very impressed with your song selections on these videos. And your playing, of course!

Really good axe work there.
I always liked that song, never realized how much guitar work there was on it. Really good job dissecting and playing the parts!
BTW, get a haircut! Yours is longer than mine now!The only genre I really know is Van Halen.

That stuff is still available through the store. You can still buy mugs and other shirts etc. through Cafe Press. I actually have mugs and stuff that I have purchased through them just for myself. They are nice.

The original shirts I worked with a guy (used to post here years ago) and had them professional silkscreened. They were really great quality as evidenced by the fact that I’m still wearing them 18 years later.
I’ve had other pickguards on that Partscaster, but one day I realized “Oh I can make this into a Dave Murrayish Strat pretty easily.” And that was that.Webmaster

They were pretty pricey to do. You guys can buy still shirts and other merch through the Cafe Press store. The original shirts I did before that kind of online store thing was available and I did them on my own.
Thanks for the intro comments, was hoping someone would notice. Actually I purchased the animation and made changes to it, like fonts and that silhouette image of me. It was like $15 to secure the rights to use it. The music is a song I wrote for my band years ago, but we never really decided to move forward with it, so I thought it might be cool to use it on this.Webmaster
