    Two of my favorites.
I jammed FYLT instrumentally once with a buddy on drums and it felt neat. Played SGMAD live in a few different bands, and always loved it.

There's probably at least 15-20 six pack tunes that should be c classic rock radio staples, if not more.

My local classic rock station plays the same 3 or 4 songs that I'm sure you can guess. It's why I mostly listen to sports talk

Two songs that FM radio FAILED:

In a simple rhyme by VH

    Tonight by Ozzy

Both songs should have been HUGE.

Both songs were extremely well crafted, loaded with clever melody & hooks.

Both songs had a breezy commercial appeal, but still retained the rock & roll spirit.

Both songs featured tasty guitar heroics with Edward & Randy.

Here's another one that should have gotten more airplay …

Totally agree! On the Ozzy/Randy front, I've really been loving SATO as well. Great riff & amazing RR guitar work throughout

Another VH deep track I've always really dug is Little Dreamer.

Heard YRGM on the radio in 78...looked for the album in the rack (maybe at the record store called Disc Jockey?)...and have been listening/smiling ever since!

    I absolutely love Little Dreamer!
Very cool song , and I'm impressed by the vibe and dynamics. Eddie's solo and fills are spectacular, and the way he fades in on the F chord at the very end is neat.

Little Dreamer might be my least favorite song on my favorite album of all-time. It is a killer tune, but for me, it is simply the shortest giant on a record of behemoths.

Has anybody else ever noticed how similar the chord progression of Little Dreamer is to that of Hotel California?

I guess it's a similar key, but the chords in HC are more complex, plus he used a capo.

LD is more "riffy", but it's a cool idea.

This one doesn't get enough love around here. Ed's solo is incendiary ...
