Did you hear about the guy who got a Viagra caught in his throat?

He had a stiff neck for a week.

The good news is they finished construction on my street.

7 AM every day, even Saturday, for an entire month.

Talk about awful timing, it was like some cruel prank from the Universe.

He prescribed Ambien, which is like a sledgehammer to a drug sensitive guy like me.

I wanted something milder, to help with the anxiety & stress that is causing the issue,
and the drug Brett is taking, is the one i researched and wanted.

I will say, the meditation & breathing exercises have helped quite a bit.

You gotta make time for it every day, and you go into it thinking, this will have
no effect, but then after a couple weeks, you realize you're much more calm.

When you finally do get to sleep, are you a light or heavy sleeper?

Reason why I ask is because my wife usually gets 20-25hrs of sleep Monday thru Friday. The only way I can describe it is that you need to physically wake her. An alarm can go off forever before she wakes up. Itís very rare that she gets more than 5 hrs per night. I would be exhausted with only five hours per night!

I'm really a very light sleeper.

Having said that, i definitely go into the dream state, so i'm not sure how far
    into deep sleep that goes.

But i need to be more consistent.

I've always gone to bed very late, even with the sleep issues.

I never nap on days off, even when i probably should.

There is some truth to this. A patient who habitually can’t sleep needs a doctor willing to try whatever works; (within reason). As a fellow insomniac my Doc worked with me with basically all known sleep meds finding one that worked. Saved my sanity and gave me quality of life back. Idiots who won’t try different meds/suggestions on how to treat insomnia are arguably committing malpractice. “Do no harm” does not mean DO NOTHING!

Default TMZ reports Eddie has been getting treatment in Germany for years

There are times when you just need medication. All this other crap that doesnít work is just a waste of time. And if your doctor wonít prescribe it to you, you need to go a different doctor jape because thereís nothing wrong with taking medication for this when youíre at this point.

Trazodone is a very mild pill. It does also treat some depression which I think I have too. I wonít say itís the greatest thing ever because I still have a little trouble sleeping, but it does help.

I am going to get some labs done next week as the doctor wants to check my testosterone levels and other stuff and see if thereís something else going on. But he doesnít think there is. Iím going back in three weeks for a check up.

I was the kind of guy that never went to the doctor when I was younger and I mean NEVER. But as Iíve gotten older and shit has come up, Iím just not gonna tough it out anymore, I want to get it resolved. Mentally Iím still 16, but physically my body knows 50 isnít too far off.

Im serious, try the Valerian root. Its completely natural herbal thing but it really works. I have been taking the CBD oil for arthritis and I think it might help with sleeping but not to the point where Im convinced that it is. Im taking the pure CBD oil with the miniscule amount of THC because thats kind of whats available in Aus and also becase Im not keen on the THC anyway, but this Valerian definitely works, really eases you into a sleepy state. Only drawback is it tastes like what bad feet smell like.

I can't seem to find any pure CBD oil, just the fake one's.

I did try tea with Val-root, but i never felt any change.
    Maybe it was too diluted.

Yeah, i was never thrilled with my Doc, but he was available on the plan.
