After the shit show (figuratively and literally) last year, I'm very surprised that Sammy didn't take the bull by the horns and become more involved- or have his people more involved. He doesn't treat his fans like this and should expect far more out a management company. I know he wanted this show and had been looking to do something like it for a long time. If he really wanted this, it would've happened. It must've either dropped off his radar or he did it once and that was enough. Apparently like Chickenfoot.

Freeze Management sounds like they lived up to their name.

Whether or not it's Sam's event, his name is the one attached to it, simply very surprised that Sam didn't make sure it was run better this year.

Like you, I’m surprised & disappointed about High Tide, and sorry for the fans who are inconvenienced - I’ll make it up to you Redheads, starting with an extra free show Oct 8 w/ the Wabos in Cabo! (old style - first come, first served)

My guess is that ticket sales were so poor they weren't covering the permits...therefore permits weren't paid for and used an excuse to cancel the concert.

It did well but there where a ton of very public complaints about how poorly it was organized and run, especially the "VIP Experience."
