Default Feel Your Love Tonight or Hear About it Later?

These two tunes sound a bit similar to me.
    Which one do you prefer?

Not even close. FYLT has so much more energy and dynamics then HAIL. You may as well compare Unchained to Secrets.

Easily HAIL. More timeless IMO, in that it's never lost its freshness to me.

Looks like Coulda is getting some competition for polls! HAIL, easy choice, since it is one of the greatest songs VH recorded imo!

BTW, I know that most people on here were not old enough to attend the FW tour, but I can tell you that seeing them perform HAIL in person, standing 10' directly in front of Ed, it was so cool watching them do that jumping together at the intro to the song in person!

I gotta give the nod to FYLT. That tune just grooves!
The only genre I really know is Van Halen.

Fortunately, I do not have to make a choice...which is a choice in and of itself.

    HAIL by a country mile.

I've watched the Oakland version hundreds of times.

HAIL is in the top three greatest VH songs of all time. Easily.

FYLT is a great pop diddy, one of my faves, probably the third best track on VH1 behind only OF and ITO, but it's nowhere near as nuanced as HAIL.

Plus it's about date rape! But it gets my vote anyway. FYLT is one of their very best in my book. HAIL is great, too, of course but not nearly as great.

(I'm mostly kidding about the date rape - which I realize is nothing to kid about. But, is it sorta about date rape? "Sorry if I took you just a little too far..." One could make the argument in today's climate!)

I was old enough!!! Best VH tour. They were unstoppable on that tour. Pure energy.

Tough choice....but Ed's playing in HAIL is mind blowing from beginning to end !! Have to go with HAIL.
