Love to hear all of them but, sadly, I don't think Dave can sing several of them.
Not how he's doing it now anyway.

Cuz of that I picked Whiskey, Fools and SS.

    Secrets....that would be bad.
Top Jimmy....the weird tuning will throw him into a worse place.
On fire....hearing him strain "On Fire"....IDK

I think his best chance is the low stuff. Whiskey, Fools, DOA..
Even then, how he goes about it now, he could demolish those chorus'.

It's too bad. If he stayed in range I think he could do most of these decently.

On Fire & DOA to complete the performances of VHI & VHII since they've reformed & Hang 'Em High because RIFFS. Hang 'Em High was played twice in 2012: Boston & Washington, DC.

Not on the list, though & I personally think it would make a stupid good opener....

    Tora! Tora!/Loss of Control.

A sheet separates the band from the crowd. The band is backlit so we can see their silhouettes. The backwards portion of Tora! Tora! is played over the PA then Ed rips the fuck into that giant barre chord. Sheet drops as soon as the Loss of Control riff hits & 20,000 people go apeshit.
Lol, funny you mention that. I've been thinking lately that Tora!Tora!/LOC would indeed make an amazing concert opener.

Some might say an opener needs to be a well known song. I disagree. An opener needs to be a blazing tune that gets the band hitting the stage running. LUTS is not a well known tune outside of diehards but it still succeeded in getting crowds pumped.

2 of my pics would require a double neck for Ed to pull off. Doubt that would happen twice in one show.

Great! I agree with all except for "Dirty Movies", but only because we got to hear it in 2015. I'd go with either Sinners or PCTS off FW.

I know I pine relentlessly for the return of Michael Anthony (and I will until it actually happens), but I will forever be grateful to Wolf for the awesome setlist on the 2015 tour.

Top Jimmy for me. That is my favorite song from 1984.

It’s such a positive and upbeat tune.

I wouldn't care that DLR can't hit that note anymore, it's more that he thinks he still can.

If he had some self-awareness he could let Ed and W̶o̶l̶f̶ Mike sing the "On Fire" bg vocal while he just does his growls, wooo's and yeaaah's over it.

Top Jimmy hands down. Best track on 1984. Then I'd go with Take Your Whiskey Home and Secrets.
