Super Strat options

I'm unaware of anything out there (current production) other than the EVH Striped series that has a single humbucker and a non-recessed Floyd. Is building one my only option?

the Kramer looks nice. The Jackson is not quite what I want, not a single humbucker. There's an Ed Roman Mean Street for sale at the local MusicGoRound. Unfortunately not good timing for me to buy. I may just go the slow route and build instead. I've also been toying with the idea of building one on a tele body.
