If it's Nissan Stadium, I would almost think that there will have to be big name guests. It holds 70,000. When I saw them at Bridgestone in 2012, there were still seats available the day of the show and it only holds 20,000.

If true, it could be Vanderbilt Stadium. It holds around 40,000 and the Stones, U2, Dave Matthews, and others have played there in Nashville.

    Van Halen.

Surprisingly, no. One of the few somewhat major markets without a major amphitheater. The only other one is the Fontanel Amphitheater & that only holds 4,500.

I always forget about Vandy as a concert venue because they don't do it very often. That would make more sense.

The guy on Twitter, who is a fire chief, said his friend works at the venue and is reputable.

He was then asked which venue?

    His reply is:
    "Not Bridgestone "

I love your optimism James, for what itís worth the friends I have at venues, and these are the usual 8-15k arenas and granted itís only a couple said they havenít heard anything. Some rumblings about 6 months ago but itís been silence ever since

Dave said during his interview with Vogue that "A Van Halen announcement is one hundred days away". That interview was published December 11th, 2018. One hundred days after would be this Wednesday, March 20th.

So, maybe....juuuust maybe. Something happens this week.

interesting the "leak" is coming from Tennessee. Luc Carl, who is a Dj for Sirius/XM Hair Nation and Ozzy's Boneyard broadcasts out of Bridgestone Arena in TN. He has said multiple times over the last few weeks that VH is touring this summer and words to the effect of "it's happening".

The parent company of sirius/xm also owns live nation i believe, so it's not far fetched to think this could be possible.

like anything else wait and see.

Dave never said there would be an announcement, he said heíd be doing the original thing and would be able to talk about it in 100 days or so

In Dave speak that doesnít really mean anything

I could be wrong, but I wouldnít expect an announcement is coming and s summer tour would already need to be booked by now with the number of acts touring

If anything is happening it would be s handful of dates or something in the fall

Could it be the long-awaited and highly anticipated return of the Mighty Red Ball Jet?

    Sammy looks/acts/and sounds like shit

If you ever type that way to me over the internet again, you'd better be wearing a cup!

Lighten up. Besides, my opinion is that Dave looks/sounds like sh*t now, and his 'swagger' is a joke at this point. Nothing to do with the Sammy haters or me trying to be a dick. To be honest, I'm more pissed off at Eddie than Dave...
