    Right on!
    It's funny now, because back in the day I used a half rack Boss SE-70 effects unit with my Peavey 5150 head. I had a fairly wet sound - delay, chorus, etc. Then I had to play live a couple of times with nothing - no effects. I was petrified, but made it out alive and even got some kudos thrown my way...

    Haha man. You can only mask your playing for so long eventually you’re going to actually have to play it right.

    Years ago I used to try to bury my leads in that stuff until I realized it actually sounds better without it, and then adding it in actually complemented it when played cleanly.

    This is a great effort too, Brett. Left For Dead, Recoil, Run From You...good stuff!

    I see what you mean about the reverb. Doesn't really effect the entire record but there are a few tunes where it was just too much.
