Just listened to the first 3 tracks while the baby was playing in the bathtub. Good stuff! Liked all 3, cant decide which one I like best, but I'm leaning towards I Dont Know. I really like your guys' vocals on that. Looking forward to listening to the rest, maybe after the baby falls asleep.

Thanks man! That song is OOOOOOLD! I think Dave once told me he came up with that main riff like in the early 90s. He liked how I changed it up a little. We never sang that chorus well until we recorded it and really worked it out, and the guy who mixed it threw some cool echo on it. That was always a really hard one for us vocally. Not so much anymore.

Yeah those arenít lullaby songs for babies.

Yeah your harmonies on I Dont Know are really impressive. As are the guitar playing and drumming on all three tracks. I didnt have a chance to listen to the rest yet, but am looking forward to it.

Lol, whenever me and the baby are driving alone, I ALWAYS put a VH CD in. I'm going to mold her into a 21st century VH fan.

You should be super proud of this, Brett. It's really good.
Some of these riffs and guitar sounds are really cool. The I Don't Know riff is classic!
    Singing, playing....everything is top notch.

Walk Alone is amazing! My new favorite tune. Has a Alice n Chains vibe too it.
Love the chorus effect, great riffs....the singer sounds great....really great song!

First of all when did you have a baby? Did I somehow miss that?

I think a lot of the reason the harmonies sound that good had quite a bit to do with some mixing trickery by the guy who did it, but Iíll take it.

Aw man thatís very kind, thanks! Really.

Yep we purposely wanted to throw that weird AIC harmony in Walk Alone because it felt weirdly like an AIC song. That was one of those songs we always thought was kind of a mess and didnít think it was good enough to record the first time around. But we decided it needed to be documented somewhere so we worked to get it to a good place. And I got to play two notes on a synth. We added a lot to it as we went along recording it. That was kind of one we tried everything on.
