    Are they going out of business? I've read so. Something about nobody is working there any more.

    Amazon has the Luxe detune pedal for $39, which is just insane. And what will become of the Whammy? I'm thinking of getting a Ricochet.

    Wow, had no idea....
    I really like my Whammy pedal. It's cool technology

    Just returned my Luxe (120 USD in EU!). I wanted it to work but it messed up the feeling in my Peavey 5150 half stack in a strange way, the feel of lag and made the signal weaker, and it was noisy. The sound of the detune effect was good, just the sound I was looking for. Too bad it didn't work for me, thought it would be the perfect detune pedal for a mono rig. If it was 39 USD I would have kept it anyway

    Heck, for 39 bucks, why not get it back?

    My Luxe was acquired earlier this year, when they were 49 bucks.
    Been running it in the loop.
    Had to jumper the ground to my other pedals (with a paper clip), to get rid of an annoying hum,
    but after that, I think it sounds fairly decent for the price;

    When I first got it, I hadn't put the velcro on yet, so I just set it next to my Epoch. I couldn't figure out why it was quiet at times, and other times not, until I realized when the metal plugs touched, it was quiet.
    So I bent a paper clip, to always keep it touching the plug next to it, and it's quiet now;

    BTW, my red banded cable goes to my amp input, and the yellow is the send from my effects loop.

    That sounded great, as usual! Nice playing and convincing tone.

    Ahh I see. I have an Epoch, so let me ask you, do you have it on its own power supply? Are you running it 9v or 18v?

    I'm using the Voodoo Lab ISO 5, to power my pedals, except the old MXR Flanger that has a 120V cord.
    I run the Epoch on the 12V port, but it's off in the clip. I used my Peavey Digital Delay, with a real short slap back.

    Any thoughts on this one? Maybe more versatile with the added control or just making it more complicated than needed?

    I had that one but couldn't get anything close to a normal sound to happen. A very weird pedal that I don't think should be called a "detune" pedal. Really, I couldn't make sense of what it was doing.
