Default Brian Wampler - Chasing Tone

Great video where Brian tries to get Zakk's tone from Mama I'm Coming Home

I have the Pinnacle II pedal--It does a mean ass 1984 sound. I also have two Wampler mini line buffers. There are no complaints from me about them.
Back to the Pinnacle II. I used it in front of a little Stagg 40w sold state amp and that thing just totally kicked ass. Drop Dead Legs, House of Pain tone just jumped out of it almost effortlessly....

Wampler makes such quality pedals. I currently have a mini Ego Compressor and a Tumnus. I've previously had a full sized Ego Compressor, Paisley Drive, and the original Pinnacle. The Pinnacle II sounds incredible in clips.

Great pedal but the worst Ozzy song ever (IMHO, of course!)

I second that emotion. The No More Tears album is where I lost interest in Ozzy's new stuff. I thought No Rest for the Wicked was great, but I dunno... after that, the well seemed to run dry creatively. I know that album charted fairly well, but it seemed pedestrian and boring to me.

I lost most of my interest in Ozzy's stuff once I realized Randy Rhoads was not available to play on it..That said, I did dig Bark At The Moon
