I think Adkot for me, or the Foo fighters before their most recent release. I don't even know where to buy a cd these days if best buy stopped selling them.
Miss the old days of buying one then spending 15 minutes in the car trying to get it out of the packaging without a knife
    Dealing with it.

    I love technology.

I've got a billion albums/tunes on a mini external HD (basically a fancy version of a flash drive).
Plus, all my fave big breasted porn is safely tucked out of sight on that, as well.

No more days where someone accidentally discovers your porn stash!

The only stuff i have a lot of still, and taking up space, is books.
All my music bios, Astronomy.planetary shit, Klosterman, etc.
    Those i still have.

By WarTown, I mean Warner Robins, but Macon is losing their war. Maybe the huge Amazon warehouse they are building can turn the tide.

I have that too (well, except the porn) but I have the hard copies for most everything (I have bought some songs from iTunes) so should the hard drive of my laptop decide to go to digital heaven (and then I find out my backup I've been doing weekly doesn't work) I can load it all back in. Or I can enjoy on my CD player or DVD player or BluRay player. Or I can just look at the pictures!

I've had my macbook since 2014, and the nifty external SSD.

One of them could give at any moment!

The mac seems indestructable, even the battery is still strong...
But a couple times i've plugged in the SSD, only to open the files & see everything erased.
    I'm like, NO!!!!!!
Then i replug, and all of the files appear....for now.

I really wanna love Snail Mail, enjoy her guitar playing, but her voice is just so plain.
She sings like a bored teenager, complaining about teenager stuff.
I realize she is a teenager.

Kinda surprised Matador are putting all bets on here, even though they dropped the amazing
    Mary Timony, many years back.

I'll certainly buy the sophomore cd from Jake E. Lee's RDC band next month, yet the second single - Crooked Man - dropped yesterday on YT, and I'm not feeling it yet... I loved the debut single Havana, but listened twice to this new one and can't say I'm a fan of it at this point.
"There's too many people on this basketball that's floating around the sun, who are too afraid to allow themselves to FEEL" - Edward Van Halen
"Van Halen was never about the singer..." - a very wise fan.
"Embrace the past. Live in the moment but keep your eyes on the future, and keep on moving forward..." - Richie Sambora

With Spotify, I rarely buy albums anymore. A friend of mine (who's close to the band) gave my a copy of The Magpie Salute's High Water I. Good album. I'm also looking forward to Marcus King's new release.

    Let's see.

Billy Gibbons - The Big Bad Blues
Tom Petty - An American Treasure
Van Morrison - You're Driving Me Crazy (with Joey Defrancesco) - best album I've bought this year
Joe Satriani - What Happens Next

    That's it for new music.
