    I'm The One? Is that from the first album? I really need to check out that song and record …

    Yeah, come to think of it they did.

    Certainly more than the local Denver stations do. Although they played a "threefer" of Sam the other day with two of his solo tunes plus BOBW. The other ones were Three lock Box and OWTR.
    The only genre I really know is Van Halen.

    I am trying to find the article I read a short time ago but not luck so far...will keep looking. Apparently the streaming services and Sirius XM pay lower fees for live and alternate versions of songs. I was noticing on Sirius that they are playing more and more rare songs by artists and alternate takes. Apparently it is like buying songs on iTunes...if you want Hotel California you pay $1.29 but if you want Pretty Maids all in a Row you pay .99 cents (those are the prices in Canada iTuens...not sure what the U.S. pricing is like.) One of the reasons they are playing more and more crap songs that we've never heard before. It's not about expanding the playlist, it's about being frugal.

    Will post the article if I find it. For now you just have to take my word for it...which isn't worth much.

    It could have been, especially since that is an "Official Release". PACFANWEB the original poster did not specify. He was asking if anyone knew.

    PFW..... did it sound like this version??? Did Dave say "Nice voice Wolf"?

    ++++

    The IPSWITCH, England May 28, 1978 version was posted earlier in this thread.

    Some think that the London, Eng June 1, 1978 boot is actually a better version.

    You're right. I searched for the individual track on Youtube, and the one I posted came up. I should have read the description while listening to it. Either way, both are amazing.
    CNN may think my opinion matters, but you shouldn't.

    He said it in the first sentence, Punk. "It was definitely CVH era and Dave was screaming all over the place".
    London would be the guess.
