Art & i were cool back in the CVH days, but then at a certain point, we could not stand one another.
I decided to adopt a "whatever" attitude on here in regards to him, but i'd occasionally see he & Robbie
take cryptic shots at me in various guitar threads, recycling lines from the CVH days.
Again, i went with the "whatever" approach.

But there's really only one dude that truly makes my skin crawl (see above).
Unfortunately, that dude is a 24/7er whether it be CVH or the Links.

But with Art, we may not jibe personally, but i agree with some of his posts, however
unpopular they may be to the masses.

Unfortunately he is hopelessly inept on so many topics, getting history wrong, yet insistent that he's right and being condescending to all who disagree. He even cited them as evidence to back up his timeline of metal's decline despite getting their own timeline wrong by several years and undermining his argument.

I've had run-ins with a few people but I am cool with each one. This guy, though, is a pure thoroughbred cock.
You & i went at it early on, but i kinda grew to like & Respect you.

At least, you take your shots directly, instead of volleying them in code & pretending
    to be the victim.

I also appreciate that you are intelligent enough to see through a lot of the bullshit.

Thanks and you too. Though I am put out at 'kinda', lol.

Yep straight talker and I respect the same in others. I've reached out to members in PM, to clear the air - which in my boo is the 'man' thing to do - and they've done the same to me. Those guys have my utmost respect even if we never see eye-to-eye ever again. The easy way, the weak way, is to hold grudges until the other dude apologises first and it's to hide intent rather than come out and say it.

Does anybody know if this thread made CaboChris decide to vacate the Links?

I'm sure he'll be back, but it's odd not to see him signed on each day.
I was just wondering if something went down & he bailed.

He may just be taking some time off. I hope that’s all it is anyway.

    I’ll PM him.

Who are you talking about, Ted?
Is one of our members invloved in Las Vegas, or Calofornia, etc.?

He did have a breakup recently and he just ploughed right on - maybe now it's just hitting him hard.

Or maybe he finally tired of Sam vs Dave in every thread.

    Thumbs down for netflix. Boo!

Yes, it's cheap, but they might pull content at anytime. That annoys me.

Naw. I just have to be in the right mood to watch a certain thing and Netflix just takes stuff off a different times. I try and to have everything I watch available to me at anytime.

There are thousands of people on that site that have bigger collections. lol

Only 14% is from this decade. Another reason for not having netflix.... I'm not as interested in newer stuff.
