Default Good, fairly priced reverb pedal

In my quest, I need a decent reverb pedal that doesn't cost a ton. Suggestions?

Love my TC Hall of Fame. I have the standard and not the mini. Has a ton of options. You can probably pick one up used for around $100 or so.

Electro Harmonix Neo. It's their newest reverb pedal, I think.
3 way switch for plate/hall/room and one knob for intensity.

I'm going to grab either one of these, or the TC HoF, that Stealth mentioned above^^^.

Is that similar to the nano?

I believe the Nano had a 3 way switch as well, but one position was called "Flerb" - reverb and subtle flanger mix.
The Neo is slightly smaller, cheaper, and has the "Plate" setting.

Of course, all the early VH tones had plate reverb in the studio.

I had the standard HOF and now have the mini HOF. I concur, it's a great reverb pedal, especially in a small form factor.

I will say I think the Digitech Hardwire Reverb sounded better, but that thing was huge.

I only opted for the HoF Standard for the stereo outs. If I didn't need that I'd go with the mini. You can also change the pre-delay on the HoF to short or long.

One other thing to mention, the Digitech Polara got a ton of praise too. It basically (I think) has much of the reverbs of the Hardwire pedal. Demos of it sounded quite impressive, but I've not tired it myself.

I do like a lot of the feature that the HoF reverb has! Haven't made up my mind yet, but that certainly might be the one I go with as well.
Like I said, it's down to the EH or the TC...

Regarding the Digitech Hardwire series - I've been toying with buying their Tremolo/Rotary pedal as well, but yeah, those things are pretty big on the pedal board.
    Any thoughts about alternatives?

I don't need anything with a crazy amount of features. Just a decent plate reverb.

That's why I'm on the fence. The EH is fairly idiot proof, and more of a "set and forget" type of layout.
It's also pretty similar to how the reverb knob is set on my Roland Cube practice amp. I think it's also like your Yamaha modeller, with one control for reverb intensity.

    Simple is good

$70 for the hall of fame mini, or $95 for the regular hall of fame. What would you guys do? Decisions decisions!

    Regular HoF...
For the price difference, you have instant access to new settings/tweaks/sounds, as opposed to having to "beam" them to the HoF Mini, via USB or Smartphone.

Unless you only want one sound on tap at any given time.
