I recorded this late last night through the Yamaha THR10x.

    Sounds sweet.
I went out looking for one of those amps yesterday, looks like the VHLinkers scooped them all up, lol. No luck.

Yeah! I couldn't find one local when I got mine. I took the chance on eBay.

    Nice tone!
I really like the reverb effect on there too. I find myself using virtually no delay anymore, other than "Cathedral" type settings for that and pinch harmonic accents, ala EVH, and simply using reverb for the ambience.

Those Yamaha practice amps sound killer, if used right.
Do you know if they will be putting out a larger model for gigging?

Thanks man! After listening a few times, I'm thinking there may be slightly too much gain. That's the hall reverb and a slight slap back delay, both from the amp.

I don't know if they're planning a higher powered version. I've read where some people have gone from the headphone out into a pa. I'll have to try that sometime.

    Thanks for the info!

I used to lower the volume knob from 10 to about 8 for the intro and verses, then raising it up to full for the "Oooh Oooh, Baby Baby" chords. That, combined with some occasional palm muting (which Ed does a bit of) got a close effect to my ears.

Nice playing though. You've been working hard on that guitar so it's niceto hear it in action. Good job

I tried one of these amps out locally (If it's the green one?), and was really impressed with the Brown Sound settings, especially for a solid state. If I had the extra cash, would scoop one up. Great clip, btw.
