Default Wolfgang not touring with Tremonti

Just saw this article on Facebook. Does anybody know a guy that could fill in for Wolf in VH while he is with Tremonti?

So Wolf replaces the bassist on tour....then record an album with them....but then can't tour. Ok, got it now.

That's what I thought. Maybe his replacement will record on the next album...

Wolf can't tour with them because you can't be in two bands at the same time.

But seriously, what if Tremonti got Mike? This place would explode!

That's a bummer. His playing and BGV's added a ton to the Listening Party.

I wouldn't be surprised if they got Brian Marshall (Alter Bridge / Original Tremonti Bassist) to tour with them.

The big question, will the Tremonti fan site be up in arms saying the following:

I'm not going to see them without Wolf.
I'm a lifelong fan of Tremonti, but this is it.
They're not getting my money anymore.
They are piping in Wolf's vocals.
    Wolf is a class act.
    Does Tremonti have a son?

Your forgot one thing: Tremonti needs to rename the band.

I'll give the new guy a chance, but if they add keyboards and electric drums I'm out!

"I could call it anything, but the only word I can think of is Brown. It's just a warm sound. Warm, big, majestic" - Eddie Van Halen on his Tone

"Van Halen is definitely a ladies band, and Ive got the Polaroids to prove it". - David Lee Roth

Poor kid....VH sits on there ass and then as soon as Wolf records an album with Tremonti and they plan a tour Wolf can't go. That's kind of shitty for him.

True. But this should put to rest any idea that if there's a scheduling conflict that it would open the door for Mike to tour. Either Wolfgang prefers to be in Van Halen or else he just feels like he is supposed to for Ed, but either way, the people hoping Wolfgang goes off and does his own thing so original VH can be restored need to finally give up. VH will include Wolfgang or it will not exist.

Of course he would want to be in Van Halen over Tremonti. It's Van Halen...and it's Tremonti. No offense meant to Mark Tremonti, he seems to be a good dude and a great musician, but man, VH is a primo gig, plus playing with your dad every other night has to be a treat.
Taylor Swift is nice to look at. Adele can sing.

Emperor Brett - "I can't believe you guys are analyzing song-by-song Van Halen III? What next, analyzing the script of Stroker Ace looking for some shred of Citizen Kane?"

David Lee Roth did the impossible. He made Van Halen better. Deal with it!

A man's rights rests in three boxes: the ballot box, the jury box, and the cartridge box
