    Awesome!

Thanks for posting that. Really wish him and DLR would release their album.
Taylor Swift is nice to look at. Adele can sing.

I can hear some good ol' classic, low register singing, from Dave over something like that.

I love when John 5 is on That Metal Show. Last time he was on he mentioned how he and Roth recorded an album. He said he drives around and listens to it. Hopefully we'll get that same opportunity soon.

He played on the DLR Band album. Some of the stuff was pretty cool.

Just an incredibly talented player who happens to play my favorite guitar the way I did back in the early 90's. My first electric was some bootled Japanese import back in 74 and I went through 3 of them before getting my first real Fender at 18. In 85 after Schultz bought back Fender from CBS for close to two years 80% of all Fenders sold in stores were MIJ as there was only the name- some machinery, parts and Fender Japan which opened in 82 under CBS included in the deal. So while Corona was being built mainly everything came from Japan. I remember buying my 85 62 re-issue in Sam Ash for $400+ and out of 30+ guitars I have acquired over 42 years of playing it is only one of two that are not US builds and has vintage specs. It was my #1 for a good 15 years but I can't stand 60 cycle hum and I remember the first year when Dimarzio came out with the Fast Track-1's I stuck a set of those in and I also needed a refret, so I had medium jumbo frets put on and changed the steel threaded barrel saddles to Brass. The stars must of been aligned just right, as that guitar could run the Classic Rock alphabet from AC/DC to Zep. I never authenticated it, but I believe the body on that Tele is Basswood as it is light as a feather and just took to the stacked humbuckers perfectly. I used to get a kick watching people looking befuddled at the tone coming from my Tele. Kool to see players like John-5- Richie Kotzen and Jim Root follow suit and show that a Tele isn't just for Country or Blues.

Why I mentioned everything just coming together to make a perfect guitar, is because a year later I did the exact mods to a US Ash Tele and the guitar ended up sounding like sh!t lol.

I love that CS Fender he plays in the video and he has a couple with full humbuckers besides his sig.He is like the mildest most laid back guy you could find and yet he would look the complete opposite part when he played with Manson and Zombie. I remember reading an interview with him years ago where he said after a Manson show while everyone went to party, he would head to the hotel room with a pile of country instructional DVD's or look for the best country teacher in the city they were playing in and book him for the night. I really hope they release the album Dave and John cut as I really wouldn't have much of a clue as what to expect, but I am sure it would be damn interesting.
