Default Love seeing Tremonti, Wolfgang, Kennedy, Slash doing all this stuff..

......and not getting all bent out of shape about who is doing what with whom. Tremonti and Kennedy are always so supportive of what the other guy does and still come back to Alter Bridge. Tremonti even went back to do the Creed thing even though Stapp is clearly a tortured soul. Temonti and Slash were on stage together with Kennedy etc etc.

Now its like he wants Wolfgang in the band and perfectly cool with whatever happens, actually WANTS Kennedy to be able to do other stuff.

    Refreshing considering.

Makes you wonder how history could have been different if these attitudes were present in others we might speak of.

Also makes me wish guitar rock was more popular these days in the mainstream...might get an interesting combo at some point in the future with a merger of Termonti, Kennedy and Wolfgang.

These guys love to play and create a lot of music.

Guitar rock has proven to be a fraud. You need that 1 in a million singer to make it work. Okay I've bought my Wolfgang and a 5150 amp. Now what? I need a distinctive singer so says the cokeheads in the laughable record "companies". What do i do, run an audition for the next 5 years?

You have to move the riffs onto the bass which provides a more natural vehicle for guitar solos. Thats what Pink Floyd did successfully. Does anyone believe Roger Waters is a good singer on comfortably numb and brick in the wall pt2? Guy can't sing worth shit.

I think Miles with Slash is great!

The Alter Bridge stuff is great too! A little more metal but really catchy.

Alter Bridge is great. Saw them here in jersey this past fall. Easily top 3 concerts I've ever seen.

Yet another one to add to the list of rock singers who can't really "sing well". Worth producing the list every time someone claims Dave can't sing.

Just thought of a couple more. Donald Fagen and Joey Ramone.

    Rock music isn't American Idol.
