Barf and I really love that song. Here's what I don't understand. Why can't that be tuned down and at least somewhat electrified? It needs keyboards as well. At the very least have Mike playing an acoustic bass instead of twiddling his thumbs.

The best acoustic-ish stuff from Sam is what he did when he played with Daryl Hall on his TV show. The Van Halen stuff just doesn't sound good acoustically. Just let it go.

Dreams sounds good acoustically. So does Cabo and FWYS. There are many VH songs that could be done acoustically and sound great.

I remember the obscure video for Once, from VH III. The acoustic tracks were at times pushed up in the mix. I dug it for what it was.

Also recall a vid (might've been on another site?) of a shirtless guy playing and singing Dead or Alive in a campfire/trailer type of setting. Cool stuff!
