    Default Unchained Cover

This is a few years old so I apologize if this was posted before but this may be one of the best covers I've ever heard of my favorite VH song.

"Van Halen is definitely a ladies band, and Ive got the Polaroids to prove it". - David Lee Roth

    nice!
John 5 sounds pretty damn close.
And Corey has a cool, powerful voice.
Nice to see current day musicians give VH some love.

It's too bad great players ,like John, can't form bands and create classic records like,Fair Warning.

Blame the recording industry on that one. Its BS that young people don't like this kind of rock go see a KISS concert and its 10 to 1 people under 30.

It's Ed's fault. John 5 has a record done with DLR, set to be released, but DLR went and re-joined Van Halen!
Taylor Swift is nice to look at. Adele can sing.

Emperor Brett - "I can't believe you guys are analyzing song-by-song Van Halen III? What next, analyzing the script of Stroker Ace looking for some shred of Citizen Kane?"

David Lee Roth did the impossible. He made Van Halen better. Deal with it!

Na,if someone could put a band together that was anywhere near good, on a VH level, it would find it's way to the people.Kids today would embrace it just like they embrace VH.

    Freakin' Ed!
It will be interesting to hear exactly what they came up with....eventually.

I still think John, and other players, should be trying to find new talent to build something with.Instead of just guesting with established singers.

True, but it has to be hard if someone like DLR, Sammy Hagar, Robert Plant, Steven Tyler and others call you up and say "hey, let's get together and jam up a few ideas I've been working on".

I would much rather we all still paid for music and therefore didn't cost a mortgage payment to go see a show. I'm paying for my music anyway, if everyone did at least then maybe the shows might be more reasonable.

Probably not though, it's what the market will bear.

Nice tribute. John 5 rocks! He's one of the best young guitarists on the scene.

Wow that was great. I know John 5 has said he's a huge Van Halen fan, but you can tell just how huge a fan he is when you see that type of performance.
CNN may think my opinion matters, but you shouldn't.
