Very well done ! Their version of Mean Street sounds awesome .
I liked the lead player's variation of the guitar solo . Hot stuff !!!

That singer sounds just like Dave from that era. That's awesome!

If they ever come to St. Louis I'm there.

How come with these tribute acts, they never go the whole way and try and look like Mike or Al?

C'mon, there has got to be some chubby bass players out there who are capable of growing a beard!

I dunno... I've got a classic VH tribute here in Nashville and we do the whole nine yards...costuming, instruments, etc, for ALL four members. We're currently looking for a "Dave" closer to home for us though... we've been using a rotating fill in with guys from all over for the last few months. Makes it tough to have the right cohesion.

That irks me to no end too, though. So many VH tribute acts seem to put all the emphasis on the Dave and Ed players and the Mike and Al guys look like they just walked in off the street... or worse, from their construction/mechanic jobs.

    It's true!

I look at YouTube vids of VH tribute acts and it's almost like "eh, fuck it. It's just the bass and drums".
