Not new show by any means but HBO has been playing The Sopranos every day for the last few days. Basically a season in a day. Still a great show but man pretty much any storyline with Camella, Anthony JR and Meadow suck ass. I forgot about how boring the whole Priest story was when he wanted bang Carmella. However the mob stuff still holds up very well. Just funny watching this crime lord with CRT TV's, land lines, flip phones and 1999 Internet.

Kind of slow paced but intriguing enough.

There's a werewolf so far and a bunch of other ooky stuff going on, but at least it's not in your face. Takes it's good old time getting to wherever it's going.

Famke Janssen is having a blast hamming it up as the family matriarch, and Bill Skarsgård as her son Roman is complex and interesting enough... probably going to be a vampire of some sort, but I'm guessing from genetic mutation over the old school love bite method.

This Netlix series ended it's run after 3 seasons in 2015. I got about nine episodes into season one.

Pretty funny that I finally just finished Battlestar Galactica and BOOM! ...there's Dee and Chief here in the supporting cast as a werewolf hunter and the towns sheriff.

Not sure if you have seen it but Penny Dreadful is kind of similar in some ways and you may like it.

    Watching this on Netflix. Hilarious

Caught a couple more episodes last night.

Just wanted to mention that one of the un-credited and unsung stars of the series is Roman's Jaguar XK 150 Roadster.

She's a beauty and steals every scene she's in.

    Ha ha! Oh well!

Bill Skarsgård Hilariously Describes Roman's Driving Cool Car In HEMLOCK GROVE

I met actor Bill Skarsgård (Stellan's son and Alex's brother) who plays rich man Roman Godfrey, at Netflix press junket for HEMLOCK GROVE season 2 and I told him that Roman seems to be living a very fun life, driving fast and cool cars, owning a big house, he gets to sit in a huge office, so Bill took time to compare the car his character, Roman, drove last year to the car Roman drives this new season..

"Yeah, it’s fun. Last year’s car was a nightmare, because it was like this 1959 like a tin can Jaguar, it looks beautiful, I guess people were just not as tall as I am back in the ‘50s, because the wheel was this big and I was sitting like this and you can’t tell, it’s like a clown car and it was stick too, so I had to pull on the clutch with my toes, but I looked great (laughed)."

Bill basically showed us press members how he was driving it, with his knees up because the car was spatially-challenged, so to speak, and the way Bill demonstrated it cracked us all up.

    I'm dreading 50.

In your 40's, you still feel like you could score a 24 year old.
Once you hit 50, it's like your officially getting into the Grandpa generation of colonoscypys and viagra.

    True Detective - Season 3

Two episodes in...very familiar vibe to season one—which is good. More dolls...

    Craig Ferguson - Tickle Fight

Sebastian Maniscalco - Aren't You Embarrassed?

Watched these two stand up performances yesterday on Netflix. Felt good to laugh so hard for almost two straight hours. I was literally in tears a few times.

Maniscalalco has a new one premiering tomorrow. January 15.

Craig Ferguson is hilarious. Loved his late night show.
Taylor Swift is nice to look at. Adele can sing.

Emperor Brett - "I can't believe you guys are analyzing song-by-song Van Halen III? What next, analyzing the script of Stroker Ace looking for some shred of Citizen Kane?"

David Lee Roth did the impossible. He made Van Halen better. Deal with it!

Any idea how a minor UK comedian, that not many over her even knew about, was picked out for a major US network show?
