    Default VH Store

Jeff does a great job with the VH store. Lord knows I've spent a good amount of cash over the years there. But I was curious what item do you wish they sold?
For me I'd love a replica of the old black shirt with that pre wings version of the van halen logo. Also I've always wanted a repro poster size of the original painting (the maxe) they took pieces of for the FW cover. It's an insane painting and would look awesome framed.
How bout you guys? Anything you wish they sold?

(And please don't take this as a knock on Jeff it's not)

Jeff is doing a great job. And the VHND is about as official and professional looking as it gets.

I just wish they'd reprint the "Eddie's shoes" shirt again in a Large.

Would like the simple VH Invasion shirts from the 1980 WACF tour. Maybe Chaser or Trunk needs to start making these.
    Right here I say....

YES !!! Me too, this is what I've wanted for quite some time now. The black & white 3/4 sleeve baseball shirts, as well.( Like the '79 Space Logo reprint from the '07 tour). There are some out there on EBay, usually costing over $100, with no guarantee of being in good shape after so many years. May as well include the '81 Worldwide Tour shirts too. I still have mine from the first time seeing them, but it is quite tattered and lost the other old VH shirts from the '82 and '84 shows. Luckily they did re-prints of those designs.

Also , they should reprint ALL issues of the INSIDE magazine into one nice book. Somewhat similar to what Guitar World does with the VH interview compilations, but better.

Also if they could aquire ALL the old official posters and tour programs, that would be cool. I'm glad to see they have those old postcards right now. Some are the same as the posters.

How about a pill that instantly makes you able to play like Eddie Van Halen?

I'd love them to redo the original "flying Eddie" poster from '82. The one where Ed's wearing the white Adidas tennis shoes. I love that poster...

I'd also love the postage prices to Australia to be less aggressive...

1984 Eagle over globe tour of the World (even though it didn't include Australia) T Shirt with the 'Hammer man' on the back (current reissue only has front print). had one until the wife threw it out cause it was 'old and worn'. Yeesh! What was she thinking. Ditto on the postage to Australia note above.

Got this as a Christmas present from my aunt. I wore it EVERYDAY for at least a year. First concert ever was 5150 tour and I swear Eddie saw me and smiled because I was wearing this hat. I'm convinced of it!

Believe it or not, I bought one of those at Retrostar about a year ago. It appeared to be brand new. If you're in the Melbourne CBD at any point, stop by and take a look. They often seem to have one-offs of those kind of shirts. At the very least they'll have a few other cool shirts. I got some awesome Who T-shirts there a while ago.

Thanks Case, Will check them out. I see there is a warehouse sale at the end of the month. I'll see if i can get up to it, or go to the shop.

Cool. I think the rarities are generally only at the shop, and there seems to be little rhyme or reason as to when they appear. I was doing a music course for like 6 months, and I would use the breaks -- and, to be honest, many of the classes -- as an excuse to just walk around the city. RS was always the first destination. I actually wore my '84 T-shirt to the Stone Fest. I saw plenty of VH shirts there but nobody else had that one

    Default Bozo

I'd like to see the store the "No Bozos" tshirt that Ed used to wear. I've seen them available elsewhere on line, but I'd like to see the store offer it with maybe something VH related on the back.
