Looks cool, even though it has Mr. Nutball in it.
Taylor Swift is nice to look at. Adele can sing.

David Lee Roth did the impossible. He made Van Halen better. Deal with it!

Looks good, but gonna wait 'til it can be Redboxed. I don't see spending all that money to see Tom Cruise run around and scream like a goof-ball.

I'm not paying to see anything made by Hollywood anymore.

I'm sure you guys have heard about China Co-producing Iron Man 3 and Transformers 4 and all of that. I'm sick of this country bending over for China and other places. Which is what america does now... It's just another reason why I don't buy into faux patriotism and all of that. This country is nothing but a whore at this point. I feel bad for the people signing up to defend this place. Our politcians and careless bunch of consumers messed it all up.

Man, if you are going to start boycotting everything made in China, you will be living in a cardbox box wearing a sheepskin.

Truthfully, I'm getting to where I don't want to watch trailers now either because sometimes now the trailers are better than the actual movies and trailers now seem to spoil a lot of the movie.

I had a few things I wanted to add here about this movie and it creation, but fuck it. Since I had this ready to go I'll post it and back away. All yours rocknblues81 to relay your nut job opinions.

That Oblivion “graphic novel” will probably never be published

We’ve written before about OBLIVION, the SF movie that seemed to be “based’ on a graphic novel by director Joseph Kosinski, adapted by Arvid Nelson and Andree Wallin–although a mock-up of the project was apparently used to lure Tom Cruise into starring in the film (which opens later this month)–Kosinski now says it will most likely never be published:

As for whether we’ll ever see the printed version of the story? “I don’t have any plans to do it right now. To me it’s feels like it’s in the rear-view mirror, you know? It’s like part of the development process. The film is the end result. But never say never. Maybe at some point it will be fun to go back and show the steps and the journey.”

Maybe if the movie is a big, big hit.

Farewell, we never even knew you, OBLIVION the graphic novel.

Well, I can't delete the first post, but I edited out the second one. Feel free to carry on.

I think the fact that I can look past his douche-baggery shows that the guy is a capable actor. I like a lot of his movies, even though I think he is just absolutely off his rocker weird.

Same for me. He's definitely one of those entertainers where I can separate the art/acting and the person. This movie looks pretty cool. If a friend wants to go see it, I'll go, but otherwise this will be at the top of my Redbox list.
