    Default Deja Vu:1995

Take Me Back, Deja Vu... Never saw this played live, but one of my favorites. Laid back cruiser tune. Great cool guitar, wish Ed would kinda go in this direction again. If it was released first, I think this would have been a huge hit.

Very cool. I'd never seen that.

All of this pro-shot footage needs an official archival release.

But this is Van Halen we're talking about here...

    Fantastic.

I saw them twice in 95 and they did not do that one.... Pretty cool here.

I think they only played this on the first leg of the balance tour. It's a GREAT laid back tune.

I love and hate the Balance Tour. They may have never sounded better, but the energy was low (maybe due to Ed's hip and Al's neck), and the setlist was pretty weak.

Here is the setlist from their Toronto show that is up on Youtube. With the songs in their repetoire, this to me is a shitty set list.

    02:28 Right Now
    08:26 Big Fat Money
    12:20 Top of the World
    17:42 Not Enough
    21:55 Amsterdam
26:54 Mine All Mine + Drum Solo
    40:28 Can't Stop Lovin' You
    44:31 Feelin'
52:28 Eagles Fly (Sammy Hagar solo song) + Eddie's Guitar Solo
1:08:06 Why Can't This Be Love
    1:11:48 Dreams
    1:19:31 Poundcake
1:25:10 Don't Tell Me (What Love Can Do)
    1:32:59 Panama
Taylor Swift is nice to look at. Adele can sing.

Emperor Brett - "I can't believe you guys are analyzing song-by-song Van Halen III? What next, analyzing the script of Stroker Ace looking for some shred of Citizen Kane?"

David Lee Roth did the impossible. He made Van Halen better. Deal with it!

    Preferred pronouns: he/him/his

Hurricane Halen - Let's all gingery touch our sword tips!!!

Never liked that tune much. Feelin' is great. On the Pay-Per-View they do them both which is total overkill.

actually that's not the full setlist that's just what was shown on the PPV. I used to have a boot with the full list, they didn't play alot of older songs but on most of the Hagar tours they would play almost the entire album they were out supporting, that's not an excuse for them not playing the old stuff but that's why some of it got lost I guess.
