Default What size brass blocks do I need?

I'd like to get brass blocks for my three Floyd guitars. I have an EBMM EVH, an Axis Tribute and a Charvel San Dimas. I don't want to pull any of the bridges apart to take measurements, as I play them all a lot. Does anyone know what sizes I need? Are the three screw holes the same on all of these? Is the thickness just a matter of preference or fitment? Thanks.

If it's a USA San Dimas you need the 42mm block. It came with a 37 (at least mine did) but you have more than enough room for it and you don't want the springs hitting the body.

These will fit your San Dimas...

The Axis uses the Gotoh blocks so these are what you need....

Email Adam...he is cool and gets back to you.

To measure all you need to do is remove the plate covering the springs....then just bring a ruler to the base of the Floyd.

Here's a video walking you through it...

    No problem.

For the Floyd Rose block there are guys on ebay that sell them for less...http://www.ebay.com/itm/Real-Floyd-R...item20ce21c41c

But on the Gotoh ones I would just go with Adam...

They are completely worth getting. You will hear the difference...it's not one of those "I think it sounds better...but I am not sure". I got one and then was off to swapping all of my blocks out for the bigger ones.

He has videos on installation and fixing the intonation for the floyd as well...it's easy.

I know how to intonate my Floyds. That's one thing I actually can do pretty well. Will measure these tomorrow and place orders.

I just recieved the big brass block from Adam at Fu-tone yesterday. I put one in a VW EVH USA Wolf several years ago and I got one for the USA EVH Wolf Stealth Grey. I have a San Dimas Charvel as well.
I never have changed sizes just always went with the 37mm.
No matter---you will not be disappointed with FU-Tone
Make certain you get the 3 stainless steel screws as well because if you original screws stip where the allen wrench goes you will be dead in the water until you get new ones !!!
