Here is is 10:21 and Queensryche is playing, to be followed by Hellyeah and then the Foot.
Something tells me they meant 11:30pm when they said 10:30pm.

    10:30 central, as that's OK's time zone.

Well it's 10:36 and Hellyeah is still playing. Don't like these guys whatsoever. Bring on the 'Foot!

Watching them now. The band sounds awesome! Sammys not singing so well though in my opinion, he's all over the place pitch wise and very hoarse. But I don't know that I've ever heard MA sound better on bass.

I watched it while it was on last night. It was like watching the current version of VH because the weak link was the vocalist. Very impressed with Kenny on the skins. New he was an awesome drummer but didn't know if he could be as physical as Chad. Mike was great and Satch was Satch.

Sam probably didn't have one of his best nights or maybe age is finally catching up with his voice. Was really raspy but didn't sound like a cold when talking.

They showed an interview with the band prior and one of the questions dealt of course with Van Halen. Talked about the first time Sam met VH back at a Rocklahome in 79. The conclusion of the interview had Sam commenting about not really looking forward to ever meeting the band again.

I agree about Queensrhyche. They were pretty good. The band before CF sucked though however they did pan out to two girls who flashed their ta tas out

I saw that last night, I thought Sammy didnt sound his best either, but i wasnt gonna be the first one to say it, LOL, I like Chickenfoot, I have the live Bluray, and both albums, but most of the other bands on there suck, puddle of mudd are terrible, and i never heard of some of the other ones, I thought Chickenfoot shoulda added some more stuff from Sammys other work, or maybe there wasnt time for that, but the band was solid, and Mikey still has it on bass, but the constant talk about lets get fucked up was getting on my nerves, especially at theyre ages, oh well

I caught some of this last night. Sam, I have to say, sounded quite rough. I think this should give people some perspective on aging vocalists. Maybe we should accept them "As Is"? Sam is 64 and it's hard to keep your voice up consistently at that age.

I've seen Sam more then any other artist/group in the last dozen years or so. Fortunately for me, he has sounded good to great at every show I've been at. Yet on those same tours, within weeks before or after seeing him, he has some cringe worthy gigs. Sam has a sweet spot in touring and that is probably at the half way point and beyond in (small)tours. He's not the road dog he once was and that's probably for the best.

If he sang more love songs his voice would probably hold up better. I'm all for it.
