Default Which VH tunes have never been played live?

    And why not?

I know "Feels So Good" has never been played live, although I'm really not sure why.

    Any others?

Top Jimmy, Drop Dead Legs, Big Bad Bill, A Apolitical Blues, Inside, and most of the VH 3 garbage.

All of those make sense to me except DDL. How did they never play that live???

It's not in a weird tuning or anything.

A Apolitical Blues has been played at least twice, once in 1988 and at the Dallas outdoor free concert in '91. Other songs not mentioned thus far in this thread never played in front of a audience include:

    Could This Be Magic
    Push Comes To Shove
    One Foot Out The Door
    Strung Out
    Baluchitherium
    Crossing Over
    Neworld
    From Afar
    Once
    Primary
    Ballot Or The Bullet

.......and more than half the new album.

I have a recording of VH playing DDL during a sound check (but no vocals) just before a gig. Might be from '04.

Please correct me if I'm wrong, but these are a few of my guesses.

    One Foot Out The Door
Pleasure Dome (the album version, I know they did an instrumental version of it during FUCK/RHRN)
    Respect The Wind
    From Afar
    Once

Respect the Wind isn't a VH song, its just Eddie and Alex (Twister Soundtrack). Never appeared on a VH CD. Human's Being (also from the Twister Soundtrack) did make it to a VH CD, but not sure if it was ever played live.

If memory serves, they played Humans Being with Cherone in 1998 and with Sammy in 2004...

I think they played it during the Monsters of Rock period.

    Edit:
Just saw this (Source of Infection was played on this date):
5/27/88: Alpine Valley Music Theater, East Troy, WI. Sammy Hagar slips on a stage ramp, fracturing his tailbone. He sits on ice between songs and the wound requires 10 stitches. Van Halen earns the distinction of performing the top grossing concert of 1988 by earning $2.89 million during their 3-day stint at Alpine Valley Music Theater. Source of Infection was included in the set list for this show. Audio recording exists.
